The 2017 Human Resources Summit Forum and Fengyun HR Selection Awards Ceremony have come to a successful conclusion

The HR industry is booming, and the HR practitioners of outstanding enterprises are commended. The 2017 Fengyun HR selection activity was jointly launched by Shenzhen Human Resources Association, Peking University, China Talent Hotline, and Zhilian Recruitment.

The 2017 Fengyun HR selection activity was jointly launched by Shenzhen Human Resources Association, Peking University, China Talent Hotline, and Zhilian Recruitment. More than 2000 people participated in this event and were selected as one of the top ten "Chief Talent Officers" in Shenzhen. The rules for this election include four methods: online voting, professional knowledge assessment, expert interview results, and questionnaire survey. After a fierce competition, Ms. Zeng Xieqin, the Human Resources Director of Dongjiang Holdings, was honored with the top ten "Chief Talent Officers" award in Shenzhen for her outstanding performance in human resources, high cooperation and support for corporate strategy and long-term planning, attraction and retention of outstanding talent pool construction, establishment of performance system, salary and benefits management, and employee communication and care. The award ceremony was grandly held on June 30th at the International Conference Hall of Shenzhen Science and Technology Park. This grand ceremony has received widespread attention from the government, enterprises, and media. More than 400 HR professionals and over 10 media outlets attended the award ceremony for on-site reporting.
At this grand ceremony, the Secretary General of the Shenzhen Human Resources Service Association delivered a speech. Liu Hui, a practical expert in human resources management, gave a keynote speech on "Future Strategies and Trends of Human Resources in the Era of Transformation". Chu Tian, a specially appointed professor of the Tsinghua University President's Class, shared "Gathering HR Output to Promote Enterprise Change". Zhang Nanxin from the South China Talent Research Institute of Zhilian Recruitment analyzed the "2017 Shenzhen HR Career Development Status and Challenges White Paper" on site. Subsequently, Chen Yangsheng, Human Resources Director of Zhengongfu He Wensheng, Human Resources Director of Huaqiang Fantawild Group, and Editor in Chief of First Resources Cheng Haitao attended the Sofa Forum to discuss and share their wisdom on the theme of "The Future of Human Resource Management: Thinking and Communicating from a Strategic Perspective".
